Indiana State Road 164 in the U.S. State of Indiana is a short east–west two-lane highway that crosses portions of Dubois and Lawrence Counties, terminating at Indiana State Road 145.

State Road 164 begins in downtown Jasper, where it is designated as 2nd Avenue, at an intersection with Indiana State Road 162. Passing east out of town, the road winds through the country, passing to the south of Jasper Lake and through the small town of Celestine, about 9.2 miles east of Indiana State Road 162. About 11.4 miles east of Indiana State Road 162 it intersects Indiana State Road 545. It crosses an arm of Patoka Lake 2.7 miles east of this intersection. About 3.5 miles east of Indiana State Road 545 it passes out of Dubois County and enters Lawrence Counties.
