Indiana State Road 229

Indiana State Road 229 connects to US Highways, US 421 and US 52. The southern terminus is at Napoleon, Indiana and it travels north to US 52 where it intersect it about three quarters of a mile west of Metamora, Indiana in Franklin County.

The southern terminus is at Napoleon, Indiana on US Route 421. It travels east to its intersection with Indiana State Road 48, then it veers northeast and serves as Main Street in Batesville, Indiana after crossing the Indiana and Ohio Railroad. After passing through Batesville SR 229 intersects Indiana State Road 46, then Interstate 74 which it accesses at Exit 149. It crosses into Franklin County just as it crosses the Interstate.
